Further to our email of the 16h March please be advised of the following changes:

Due to the announcement last Friday and the restriction laid down in relation to the Public at large our offices will no longer be manned. Therefore there will be no receptionist to take calls.

We are continuing to use our main telephone number 01-2130737 however there will be the following options:

1:  Support 1-  option 1

2:  Support 2 – option 2

3:  Bureau  –     option 3

4:  Accounts –  option 4

5:  Admin –       option 5

Support 1 and 2 are for direct Quantum Payroll Support

Bureau is for those clients availing of our Payroll Outsource Service

Accounts id for Account queries

Admin is for general administration communication

Please note all Quantum Personnel will be available as usual to address queries however for the next 2/3 weeks we expect high demand for our support services in particular with addressing the application of the “Temporary Covid-19 Wage Subsidy Scheme”. Please note we will be addressing through an email communication notes pertaining to this scheme and Quantum payroll later today.
